1. Who we are

NAVİCORE TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is a technology company based at Gaziantep Teknopark. We design and operate MDRpilot (https://mdrpilot.com), a cloud software platform that helps medical device manufacturers, quality teams and regulatory consultants prepare structured, traceable documentation for MDR and ISO 13485 programmes.

Our registered activity focuses on computer programming and custom software development (NACE 621000 — Bilgisayar programlama faaliyetleri (sistem, veri tabanı, network, web sayfası vb. yazılımları ile müşteriye özel yazılımların kodlanması, masaüstü ya da mobil cihazlar için uygulama geliştirme vb.)).

2. Mission

Medical device documentation is complex, multi-standard and audit-sensitive. MDRpilot exists to reduce fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected files by giving teams a single workspace for:

• technical file structure and GSPR evidence control;
• quality system procedures and records;
• risk management drafting aligned with ISO 14971 thinking;
• operational quality workflows (e.g. CAPA, complaints, internal audit aids);
• AI-assisted drafting and gap visibility — always subject to human review.

We believe regulatory readiness improves when evidence is linked, ownership is clear and drafts are versionable — without pretending that software can replace notified body judgement.

3. What MDRpilot is (and is not)

MDRpilot is: a SaaS documentation-assistance and productivity platform delivered online via subscription.

MDRpilot is not: a notified body, certification body, authorised representative, clinical service, or a guarantee of CE marking / market approval. Outputs are drafts and working records that your qualified personnel must review, approve and maintain.

4. How we deliver the service

• Access is digital only — there is no physical product shipment.
• After registration and (for paid plans) successful payment or sales approval, features are enabled in your secure company workspace.
• Payments for online checkout are processed through licensed partners such as iyzico; Visa, Mastercard and other methods shown at checkout / in the site footer may be accepted.
• Enterprise customers may be onboarded via sales agreement and invoice.
