Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between:

Seller: NAVİCORE TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ

Buyer: the natural or legal person who completes a MDRpilot subscription purchase or accepted sales order on https://mdrpilot.com.

1. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the remote sale and digital delivery of the MDRpilot SaaS subscription selected by the Buyer, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under applicable Turkish distance-selling rules (to the extent they apply).

3. Buyer information

Buyer information consists of the name, company (if any), billing details, tax identifiers (if provided) and contact data entered during registration, checkout or sales order. The Buyer is responsible for keeping these accurate and up to date.

4. Basic characteristics of the goods / services

• Name: MDRpilot SaaS subscription (plan as selected: Starter, Basic, Plus, Pro, Enterprise or custom).
• Type: Digital online software service — no physical goods.
• Main features: workspace for MDR / ISO-oriented documentation assistance, plan-based limits, optional AI-assisted drafting, exports where enabled. Detailed feature lists appear on the pricing / product pages at the time of purchase.
• Compatibility: modern web browsers with internet access; account credentials required.
• Delivery method: electronic activation of account entitlements.

5. Price and payment

• The total price is the amount shown on the pricing page, checkout summary or written sales quotation at the time of purchase (currency typically EUR unless otherwise stated), plus any taxes indicated.
• Payment methods: cards and other methods offered by our Payment Partner (e.g. iyzico) and/or bank transfer / invoice for enterprise sales.
• Recurring subscriptions renew at the then-applicable plan price unless cancelled before renewal.

6. Performance / delivery period

Digital access is provided as described in the Delivery and Refund Policy — normally immediately after successful online payment confirmation, or upon sales acceptance for manual orders.

7. Right of withdrawal

Where the Buyer is a consumer entitled to a statutory withdrawal right:

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the contract.
• For digital services that begin immediately with the Buyer's express request and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost once performance starts, the withdrawal right may end when access is granted.
• Valid withdrawal notices must be sent to support@mdrpilot.com.

Model form (optional):

"I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale for the following service: MDRpilot subscription, ordered on [date], account [email]."

8. General provisions

• Before payment, the Buyer confirms having had the opportunity to read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Delivery and Refund Policy and this Agreement.
• The contract is formed when payment is authorised or when a sales order is accepted in writing by the Seller.
• The Seller may suspend access for unpaid amounts, security risks or material breach of the Terms.
• Force majeure events may delay performance for the duration of the impediment.

9. Complaints and after-sales

Complaints regarding delivery, billing or access: support@mdrpilot.com.

We aim to acknowledge commercial complaints within a few business days and resolve them fairly under our policies.

10. Dispute resolution

Turkish law applies to the extent permitted. Consumer Buyers may apply to consumer arbitration committees / courts in their place of residence under applicable rules. Business Buyers: Gaziantep courts and enforcement offices, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Effectiveness and language

This Agreement becomes binding upon electronic acceptance and successful payment / order confirmation. It may be presented in Turkish and English; for consumers in Türkiye, the Turkish text prevails in case of conflict unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
